About the Programs: SOAR

Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵ's Sacramento Outreach Adult Recovery (SOAR) program connects members with a dedicated support team for their recovery. This multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and peer specialists, fosters resilience and hope. SOAR offers a range of services, including medical care, housing assistance, and family support.
